Terry Moseley

Terry has been in real estate finance for over 25 years. She began her career working in commerical construction for Fuji Bank and Security Pacific. She then went on to become the Director of Finance for the largest industrial developer in the nation (Catellus Development Corporation). Climbing the corporate ladder took a back seat when she had her two sons and chose to stay home to raise them for a few years. Realizing that the corporate hours were not going to be conducive to her new family life, Terry decided to venture into the residential lending world. Now, 15 years later she has never looked back. Terry finds joy in helping families and individuals make homeownership a reality. She is equally comfortable with first time home buyers as she is with super jumbo loans. Terry believes that the consumer always comes first and she is  known for her tenancity in making sure that deals close on time and with a big smile and/or hug.
